Coral is great too but expensive the hobby is costly enough
So there should be a cheeper alternative.
We are not all rich in this hobby!!!!!!

Coral is a great magazine, and I like the fact that it comes out more often than RHM. But, Reef Hobbyist Magazine is an excellent publication too...and as previously mentioned, it's free. So I vote for both as the best. |

| | | 08/24/2009 (24 weeks ago) | | Every time I go into a marine aquarium store, I look immediately for the Reef Hobbyist Magazine because it keeps me entranced for hours. I will read and re-read the periodical many times and save it to read again later for specific articles. My interest was captured this last time with the part on Neptheas. Being free, also, does not hurt!!! |

I own a retail store and its extremely difficult right now to sell literature no matter how valuable the info it contains. Its great to have a quality free publication that I can pass out to new customers or people thinking of getting into the hobby!! People love to leave with something in their hands. |
