Anyone who selects "vote" while looling for "how to do that" will not be allowed to vote, as that selection of "vote" registers and then when one does select a topic, after that "vote"selection, they are informed, you have already voted. That is OK if enough folks bang the first topic because every vote that does register will carry a higher percent of influence.
